All we have to do

Is look at what we’ve done

As one.

Together in effect,

Risen from despair,

As children pressed to grow.

Without a parent

To guide us,

We raised our child so.

And now they walk away.

As lost as we once were,

In some new odd direction.

The self is now important.

One nation of ones,

Spoiled and deluded.

Grubbing as the elders taught,

A monster holds the keys,

To freedom now.

A giant new breath

Is about to be exhaled

Upon the unsuspecting.

Without my faith,

I will that day,

I am a man with one distinguishing manner. I view life as a nonstop roll by circus. Whatever my senses signal to my brain, it is received as humor.

Love this one... my favorite of yours... maybe to date!

Wine is bottled poetry. ~ Robert Louis Stevenson
