She lay there all night, with her headphones in her ears. The music flowed into her. It made her want to move. She could feel it in her bones and her heart beat faster.

The words they sang comforted her. The made her want to sing and dance and cry and scream all at the same time.

The music gave her energy. It made her feel alive.

The music was fast but melancholy. It matched her mood.

They sang the words she could never find.

I can relate, Music moves me, and time and time again I wonder why i hadn't thought of the words I'm hearing ^^

This is short but amazing!

I tried so hard, and got so far, but In The End it doesn't even matter.

The same for me: Sometimes the songs contain words that we wouldn't be able to find in our heart.

The displeasure and the resignation kill you: think about the magic of those good moments and don't stop hoping it will happen again, even though they'll never come back

A well turned snap-shot of a mood-scape and the wonder-salve of music. Very well done Violet Moon, and nice to meet you.
