My favorite photograph

Is faded, bent and torn

My looking at it everyday

Has caused it to be worn

I know the day I took it

We walked in meadow’s low

The jealous sun caressed your face

By the river’s bubbling flow

It never sat above the fire

Nor fridge or window sill

No picture in a frame

And yet I see it still

The walls are filled with other shots

That brings me joy, I find

Most precious is the one

 I carry in my mind

I am a man with one distinguishing manner. I view life as a nonstop roll by circus. Whatever my senses signal to my brain, it is received as humor.

Well, you know. I'm all special and what not. Loved your FB Yoga status. There's a joke in there somewhere, just gotta find it. Maybe you can share your adventure here and get some funny flies.... replies.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing, maybe a yoga words type poem is in the works, with or without the stinky feet :) .

@Forgewright. Robert if I weren't getting ready to go out on the bike, I'd write something prolific about your poem. My favorite line is 'Jealous sun caressed your face.' Awesome writing.....................

@tlhopkinson. Yoga. Really? As in, "Don't just do something, sit there!"

I see there are the three of us online. I could set up a chat room and name it after Thoughts and when we need to discuss changes or ideas we could chat in a side window as a group. Each person would sign in to the chat room and could participate. It will be necessary at some point to create a real discussion for creating for the forum. @Killerelite  and @tlhopkinson

here's a url for a chat room I made for thoughts. Of course we would have to schedule a meeting. I believe you can join in if you add a username. I'm not sure how it works. let me know if you can get in.

Sorry guys, I'm in and out quite often... I'd probably have a hard time committing to a time in advance to chat... Forge... just talk KE into FB :) . That's on my phone so if I got a message I'd see/hear it and decide if I could join in.

Bill you did the right thing. I saw you in the chatroom after you left. I had to go to a picnic and when I got back I saw you had been there. It is just an idea to see how it works.

This is a really great poem with a nice flow... there are some very beautiful lines and amazing details. I think my favorite line is about the jealous sun as well.

Thanks for the comment guys. I get a bit mushy sometimes when I remember certain things about my ex. I think about it and remember why she is my ex and I'm all better. So I have to write fast before the other foot drops.
